General policies

  • Anthology Garden reserves the right to refuse service.

  • Fresh flowers are a perishable product; no returns will be accepted. Once flowers are out of my hands, it is the customer/recipient’s responsibility to take care of them to ensure the best possible vase life. Instructions for taking optimal care of fresh flowers will be available. (tips: change out your water daily, recut your stems every couple days, and keep your flowers out of the sun!).

  • All arrangements and bunches are subject to availability. Organic seasonal flower farming comes with many natural variables such as weather, pest damage, and more that can affect expected crops. The customer is welcome and encouraged to contact Anthology with any specific requests at any time, with the understanding that offerings will ebb and flow naturally with the seasons and the elements.

One-time purchase policies

  • Advance notice is crucial to ensure that you are receiving high-quality, beautiful stems in the varieties and quantities you want. Anthology is a small-scale farm with limited seasonal stock that changes weekly. Last-minute orders are, as a result, not always accepted.

  • Anthology requires at least three business days advance notice for purchases of multiple bouquets, straight bunches, or event florals. More advance notice is always better. If you need bundles of flowers within three days, you are still welcome and encouraged to reach out for availability, with the understanding that plans for weekend stock will already be underway and stems will not be guaranteed.

  • Single bouquets may be ready as soon as the following day, but again, ordering in advance is best for you and best for the farm.

Payment policies

  • The buyer will be sent a secure Anthology Squarespace invoice link to complete a flower purchase in advance of flower hand-off.

  • Payment is required before fulfillment of a flower order, no exceptions.

  • Orders placed online must be paid through the native invoicing system, to keep transactions secure. If you have questions about this, please reach out via email to amelia@anthologygarden.com

  • If you are buying a subscription, it may be paid with a payment plan that the buyer agrees on at the time the subscription is established. A payment plan involves invoices being sent at regular intervals throughout the duration of the subscription. The buyer must stay up to date with payments to continue receiving their order.
